Visual Exploration

As you have not participated in the Visual Exploration phase yourself, the BOSS simulation provides you with the transcript of the conversation that took place when the Executive Team met after conducting their Visual Exploration.  You will have access to this document in the “VISUAL EXPLORATION” section at the beginning of Round Blue-3.

It should take you a good hour to debate and understand what the Visual Exploration is telling you in terms of how you could potentially create a new Blue Ocean.  

The two Paths illuminate two types of noncustomers. Path 4 represents the biggest volume potential. In term of the age of these noncustomers, the Executive Team has done the estimation below:
