Peer-to-Peer Evaluation Questionnaires

The Peer-to-Peer Evaluation Questionnaires is a set of questions to examine the capabilities and behavior of team participants. Each participant is evaluated by his/her teammates.

The fixed set of responses for peer-to-peer questions are: Poor, Fair, Average, Good and Excellent.

StratX proposes the unique template shown below. We have tried to cover the most important aspects of behavior and capabilities in only six questions.
